Some items from shop.toddhase.com will require an additional shipping cost. These items are noted on each product information page. After an item requiring an additional shipping charge is purchased, a second invoice for the shipping cost will be emailed to the customer within 24 hours. At which time the customer can accept and pay the shipping cost or make their own arrangements to pick up the merchandise from the designated location.
All items featured on shop.toddhase.com are either Todd Hase in stock or sample sale items, antiques, vintage, or vintage art and have inherit characteristics and are sold as-is. Any return of merchandise must be approved by Todd Hase Furniture Inc prior to return.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- Please contact us using the form below to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking # and send you the address of our returns department.
- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
